Information we collect
We collect the information you submit in our website health check form: your name, phone number, email address, website and reason for the audit.
How we use it
We use this information to prepare and deliver your diagnosis and contact you about it. We do not sell or rent this information or use it for unsolicited marketing.
How submissions are delivered
Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection, processed by Resend for email delivery and delivered to our Google Workspace mailbox.
How long we keep it
We retain diagnosis-request emails for 12 months unless they are needed for an active client relationship, dispute or legal obligation. Google Vault retention is not enabled or guaranteed for this workflow.
Correction and deletion requests
To request correction or deletion, email orders@orlandowebsiteguys.com. Approved deletion removes the message from the mailbox and normal recoverable trash.
